Biggie looked out the window, at 30, 000 feet. He was sitting beside Anna in first class on a crowded airplane, on their way to Miami, to see Nick and Ashley. Biggie wondered how well they would get along. Biggie was 28 years old, and Anna was 27. They were not old by any means, but they were certainly much older than Nick and Ashley, who were both 19. Sure, love was powerful enough to transcend age, and Biggie, Nick, and Ashley all worked together, so it shouldn't be awkward. But Biggie just couldn't help but wonder. These two were 9 years younger than him. Were that at the same maturity level as him? Biggie decided that he needed to get over it. Sure they were younger, but that didn't mean anything. He just felt bad for Anna, who was probably thinking about it too. Sure she was his manager, but she didn't fight. Biggie, Nick, and Ashley, they all fought in the NLWF, but she didn't.

Biggie: “Hey Anna”

Anna: “Ya, Brandon?”

Biggie: “You're okay with this right? I mean, I hardly know these two, and I work with them.”

Anna: “Don't worry Brandon. I'll be okay. It's always nice to meet new people”

Biggie: “Alright, if you are sure”

Just then the pilot came on the intercom.

Pilot: “Ladies and gentlemen, we are now beginning our descent. Please fasten your belts, and turn off all electronics at this time. Thank you. And welcome to Miami!”

With that, Biggie pulled out the one earphone in his ear and turned off his iPhone. He grabbed Anna's hand, and they smiled at each other. They were a bit late, he hoped that it wasn't too late.

They landed and got off of the plane, and walked out past security. They scanned around, and Biggie saw Ashley waving at them.

Biggie: “Hey Ashley. It's good to see you.”

Ashley: “It's good to see you too. Ah, and you must be Anna. I've heard lots about you, pleasure to meet you.”

Anna: “Thanks. It's a pleasure to meet you too Ashley.”

Biggie: “Where's Nick?”

Ashley: “He is driving around. I just came to wait for you guys to get here.”

Biggie: “Okay, well we still have to get our baggage, as well as go and rent a car.”

Ashley: “Hmm. Alright, well we have reservations at AltaMare, and if we aren't there on time, they'll give our seats away. We'll go and save our seats, and you guys take your time getting there. Do you need directions?”

Biggie held up his iPhone and smiled.

Biggie: “I think we'll be okay. Alright, we'll see you there.”

Ashley turned and walked back towards the airport entrance, sending a message on her phone. Biggie and Anna quickly walked down to baggage claim, and grabbed their luggage. They walked over to the car rental service area. Luckily, there is not a big line. They signed all of the paperwork, and grabbed keys to their car. They walked outside to where they were all kept.

Anna: “Wow, this is a really nice rental car.”

Biggie: “2010 Corvette convertible. Not too bad, and it didn't even cost much more than the other crappier cars.”

Anna: “You are just tossing money around aren't you?”

Biggie: “Well, the house has been in my budget plan for years now. I was going to buy it even before our old house burned down. But I got a lot of insurance money, so that helped me out even more.”

Anna: “As long as you don't blow it all trying to impress me”

Biggie: “Oh, darn. You got me. That was exactly what I was trying to do.”

Anna punched him in the shoulder.

Anna: “Come on, lets go. We're already late as it is”

Biggie: “Alright, fine, lets go”

They hopped in the car, and Biggie plugged in the address into his iPhone, and got the directions, and drove off. Traffic wasn't too bad, and they saw a lot of interesting stuff on the way. Biggie had only been to Miami twice, both for fights, so he never saw much. Anna had never been. So they were enjoying what they saw. They were thinking about all these things that they would do tomorrow, before the football game.

They arrived at the AltaMare, and let the valet park their car. They walked into the restaurant and saw the greeter smiling at them.

Greeter: “Hi, can I help you two?”

Biggie: “Yes. We're meeting someone here. I believe that they have arrived already.”

Greeter: “Alright, can I get their name?”

Biggie: “I believe it is under Ridicule”

Greeter: “Ah yes. Here they are. Ridicule for four. Yes he and his lady friend are here right now, let me take you to your table.”

The greeter motioned for them to follow, which they did. They followed behind her until they saw where Nick and Ashley sat. They looked so good together. When they saw Biggie and Anna, they stood up. Nick held out his hand for Biggie to shake. He did.

Biggie: “It's great to finally meet you”

Nick: “Same. I'm a big fan of yours.”

Biggie took the compliment in stride. He had heard it a lot, but hearing it from someone like Nick Ridicule meant a lot to him.

Biggie: “Same. You're actually the reason I joined the No Limit Wrestling Federation”

They sat down. Biggie liked what he had already seen of Nick. He seemed very respectful, and sincere. A lot of young guys like him could be rude and obnoxious, especially considering the age difference. Biggie looked at Anna. She looked somewhat uncomfortable. It was understandable though. She had watched some old NLWF footage with Biggie. She knew the true profession that is the NLWF. Nick and Ashley were also much younger than her, which was different for both her and Biggie. Biggie was used to being one of the young guns in the UFC, but in the NLWF, he was one of the oldest.

Nick: “So you say that I'm the reason that you joined the NLWF?”

Ashley said something, but Biggie couldn't quite hear it, as one of their seat neighbours was making a lot of noise. He heard something about Nick being the best.

Biggie: “Yes, he really is. I thought it was tough in the UFC, having months off in between all of my fights. But you go out and do this every week. It's very impressive. But it was your style that really got my attention. You bring an MMA style into the pro wrestling business, and it works wonders. I realized that I was in the wrong sport, and that I needed to be in the place where the best fighting happens”

Nick: “Agreed”

Biggie looked over at Anna. He leaned in close.

Biggie: “So, are you going to enjoy this, do you think?”

Anna: “Ya, it'll be okay. It will feel more natural with time.”

Biggie: “You are right, as always.”

Biggie noticed that Nick and Ashley had both grabbed their drinks and were holding them up. Biggie looked around, and grabbed his glass of water. Anna did the same.

Nick: “Cheers”

Biggie: “To new friends, friendships, and partnerships that last forever!”

Ashley: “Cheers”

Anna: “Cheers”

They all touched glasses and them took a drink. Biggie put his glass down.

Anna: “Nice toast Brandon. I can only hope your wedding speech will be as touching”

Biggie: “Oh. Believe me, it will.”

Biggie leaned in and gave Anna a quick kiss. He then looked at Nick and Ashley.

Biggie: “What are you two drinking?”

Nick: “Soda”

Ashley: “Shirley temple”

Biggie grabbed the wine menu, and began to look through it.

Biggie: “We should be celebrating. I'm the NLWF and Golden Crown champion, and I'm getting married to the greatest girl in the world in two weeks. You two are back together. You're going to destroy Corey this week. You just joined Bad Company. There are so many things to celebrate!”

Nick: “You're right. What did you have in mind?”

Biggie motioned for their waitress to come over. She wasn't a very good waitress. She walked over to their table, but just stopped and stared as Ashley began to kiss Nick. She just kept staring.

Biggie: “Excuse me”

Nothing from the waitress. He started snapping his fingers and waving his hand in front of the waitress.

Biggie: “Excuse me! Over here”

The waitress finally looked at him.

Biggie: “Finally. We'll take a bottle of the Dom Perignon 2000 vintage champagne. Four glasses. Everyone knows what they want to eat?”

He hears yes's from everyone. The waitress looks at Anna.

Anna: “Can i have the Terracotta seafood pot please?”

Ashley and Nick order their food as well

Biggie: “I'll take a plate of Kumamoto oysters please. Ten. For dinner I'll have the same thing as Nick here, the Harris Ranch 24oz bone in ribeye.”

They all gave her the menus, and she walked away. Biggie leaned into Anna again.

Anna: “So that waitresses is obviously into Nick”

Biggie: “Ya, I thought the same thing. She's not very good is she?”

Anna: “No. Hundred bucks says she gets one of more of our orders wrong, probably on purpose.”

Biggie grabbed Anna's hand underneath the table, and felt her ring on her finger. He smiled. She smiled back. They turned their attention back to the table.

Biggie: “So what were we talking about again? Oh right, how I got into the NLWF”

Ashley: “What do you think so far?”

Biggie: “Oh, I love it. I've only lost the one match to you, and what a match that was. Still managed to win the Golden Crown though”

Biggie turned and looked at Nick.

Biggie: “What got you into the NLWF?”

Nick: “Oh, its a long story”

Biggie: “We've got time to kill. With that waitress, we won't get our food for three more hours. Have you ever considered fighting in MMA at all?”

Nick: “Funny story. I'm fighting at Strikeforce this Saturday”

Biggie noticed that Ashley looked as surprised as he and Anna did. Nick must not have told her yet. She said a few words to Nick, and then started a conversation with Anna.

Biggie: “You'll do fine. Do you have any background in MMA?”

Nick: “I'm actually a 6th degree blackbelt in Taekwondo. Thats why I am able to utilize so many kicks in the ring. I've always dreamed of entering the UFC one day. Maybe after a few fights in Strikeforce, I'll have that chance.”

Biggie: “Tell you what. After your fight this weekend, if you do good, I'll give Dana a call. He's always wanting to hear from me, since I was his personal favourite fighter. We're good friends. I'll put in a good word for you”

Nick: “You'd really do that?”

Biggie: “Sure. As long as you perform. I mean, plenty of guys have had only one fight before UFC signed them. Brock Lesnar is a prime example.”

Anna turned away from her conversation with Ashley for a second.

Anna: “Or no fights.”

Biggie: “True. I never fought anywhere but the UFC”

Nick: “Well I'll give it my all. I've been pretty banged up lately.”

Biggie: “Well, now you are on the winning side at least.”

Biggie then noticed their waitress bringing the champagne he had asked for.

Biggie: “Excellent timing. A toast to Bad Company!”

He stood up, grabbing the champagne out of the bucket. He waits for the waitress to put their glasses on the table.

Biggie: “Ready?”

Biggie noticed that everyone was staring at them, looking awfully pissed. Like he cared at all though. He popped the cork, and saw it shoot off. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw something fall to the ground, accompanied by a scream.

Biggie: “Oh shit! Oops.”

In his excitement, he hadn't looked where the cork would go, and it had launched into their waitresses face. Biggie looked down, in disbelief.

Nick: “Way to go Mac, you killed our waitress.”

People are now coming to help the waitress get up. Her nose definitely broke. Biggie hears sirens, getting louder. Someone must have called the ambulance. They all sit down and, for the first time of the night, they are all silent.

Biggie: “Well, I don't know about you, but I'm still in the mood for some champagne.”

Anna: “You know they aren't legally allowed to drink right?”

Biggie: “What? You're shitting me!”

Ashley: “It's true. The drinking age in the States is 21”

Biggie: “Well not tonight its not. Theres another reason Canada is better”

He pours them all glasses of the champagne, while Nick talks to Anna for a bit. He knew Anna was a bit shy, and I'm sure they did too. In time she would get more comfortable with them. He finished pouring the champagne.

Biggie: “A toast! To Bad Company, the reason we're all here!”

They all raise their glasses.

Ashley: “To Bad Company!”

They all clink their glasses together, and Nick goes back to telling his story about Taekwondo. Biggie gathered that he had never told Ashley the story, because she was as into it as both he and Anna were. Nick had grown up in a group home, and was bullied a lot. He saved up a lot of his money to pay for classes in taekwondo. He had learned from a great group of coaches. He said he had somewhat of a 'Robin Hood' mentality, helping out people in need with his skills. Biggie thought that was very brave of him. While Biggie became a well known superstar because of his cowardice, Nick was brave with nothing to gain. Biggie respected that a lot. He had always wished he could have confronted his fears more head on, but that was in the past. He had to get over it. He hoped that stopping the robbery helped him a bit. He did feel a bit better. Anyways, when Nick was 16, he was adopted by some guy named John Mark, who taught him wrestling and boxing.

Biggie: “So you have the skills of a high-level mixed martial artist. Many guys who fight are great at only one of those skills. Thats why I was so successful. Instead of focusing on being amazing at only two techniques, I focused on being good at all of them. It helped me countless of times.”

Nick continued his story. His dad had just broken into the pro wrestling business, so he was losing time for Nick, who began taking taekwondo classes again. He talked about how he got his second degree black belt, and how he was offered a spot at the 2008 Olympics. But that was where he stopped. Biggie knew that there was something Nick wasn't sharing with them, but Biggie didn't press. He knew how to read people, having hidden stuff inside of him for so long. There was no getting by him.

Nick: “Anyways, Biggie, you tell us something while we enjoy our meal”

Biggie: “Well, I can tell you that we were late because I, sorry, we had to beat up three bank robbers”

Ashley: “Nick told me. What happened?”

She didn't sound too convinced. Biggie wasn't surprised.

Biggie: “It was at the Royal Bank of Canada. I was checking on a payment for our new house, and these idiots come in and tried to rob it. I knocked two of them out, and Anna got the third.”

Nick: “That sounds pretty ridiculous.”

Anna: “Brandon, look it up on you iPhone”

Biggie: “Good idea.”

He typed some stuff into the iPhone, and found a news article that had just been written. It talked about a bank robbery that occurred at the Royal Bank of Canada, where three of New York's top bank robbers were found by police, bound and unconscious after attempting to rob the bank. A policeman made a comment about a mysterious couple who was said to have caught the robbers off guard, and taken them down. However, there was no speculation as to who that might have been.

Nick: “Oh wow, so you two really took down three bank robbers? Thats awesome”

Anna: “It's not so awesome when they are pointing a gun at you”

Biggie: “She's right. It was actually really scary. I just felt the need to do something. All this training I had done. It's kind of like what you said Nick. The Robin Hood thing. Whats the point of having such physical gifts if you can't use them to help people?”

Nick: “I can agree with that. But even still, great work”

Biggie: “Thanks. It felt good to help”

Ashley: “Alright, enough of this subject, Brandon, do you have any funny stories from your past?”

Biggie: “Alright, well, I don't have much of a past, except from about the year 2001 and later. But there's some events in there that would make for a good story I think.”

Nick: “Oh yeah?”

Biggie: “Well, you guys know Jack Black and Kyle Gass right? Tenacious D?”

Nick: “Of course I do, I think they are hilarious.”

Biggie: “Well, not many people know that i'm actually really good friends with them.”

Ashley: “Really? I didn't know.”

Nick: “Ya, me neither”

Biggie: “Well, the way we met, well, it was interesting to say the least.”

Anna: “Oh, you've told me this story before. It's pretty funny.”

Ashley: “Well lets hear it!”

Biggie got comfortable, and began to tell them of the epic road trip where he met Tenacious D.

Biggie: “Well it all began during spring break of my first and only year at TCU”

........................................................................................

LaDainian: “Come on Biggie, lets go, we gotta hurry!”

Biggie: “I'm coming, settle down. I was just grabbing our uniforms.”

James: “Ya, you guys wouldn't wanna forget those.”

LT: “He's right. Come on Biggie, hop in.”

Biggie ran over and hopped in the backseat of LaDainian's convertible. They were on their way to Las Vegas, for the World Series of Beer Pong tournament. Even though Biggie was technically only 19, all of his identification said he was 21. He and LaDainian had competed and won a satellite tournament in a bar in Fort Worth, and won admission into the Series. However, they had to find their own way there, and they decided to just drive. It wasn't that far. They could leave now and be there in a day.

LT: “Alright, everyone ready? Let's go.”

With that, they drove off to Las Vegas. They took turns driving along the way, since it was about a 20 hour drive. They encountered some traffic, so night fell early on them. They stopped in Flagstaff, Arizona, at a really shady looking motel. Biggie went up to pay for a room. The receptionist was sitting at the desk, reading a porn magazine. The guy looked like a fruitcake. Big glasses, a badly kept beard, scraggy hair.

Biggie: “Excuse me”

The man just ignored him

Biggie: “Excuse me!”

The man turned, and sarcastically looked at him.

Man: “What would you like? I'm a little busy.”

Biggie: “You are supposed to help me, not jack off in the reception lobby.”

Man: “How do you know what I'm supposed to do? Are you a hotel or motel owner?”

Biggie: “No, but its common-”

Man: “Exactly. Now what do you want?”

Biggie looked at him.

Biggie: “What the hell do you think I want? Ice Cream? I want a room for christ sake.”

Man: “Now, now, no need to get snappy”

Biggie could not believe this man. He was a real asshole.

He paid the man, and got the keys for their room, which was a really bad looking room. Biggie wouldn't be surprised if someone had died in it.

James: “Man, this room smells and looks like shit!”

LaDainian: “Ya, for real, can we get another room?”

Biggie: “Don't deal with that guy again. Theres something wrong with him.”

They unpacked their stuff for the night, and decided to go look at where the pool was. They figured it would look just as crappy as the room they were staying in. As they walked closer, they heard some music. They walked over a hill and looked down.

Biggie: “No fuckin way”

James: “This can't be the pool we're looking for”

The pool that they were looking at had an adjoining hot-tub, and to top it all off, was filled with young college guys and girls, with loud music playing, and alcohol everywhere. Biggie was in shock. James began running down to the pool. LaDainian and Biggie followed.

There were so many people, all of them university students, who had stopped on their way to Las Vegas or California. Biggie grabbed a drink and started walking around trying to mingle with people. He had a few meaningless conversations with some guys, and a few girls, before making his way to the back area of the pool, where he saw a bunch of ping-pong tables set up. A guy came up to him.

Guy: “Hey, this area is for Beer Pong players only!”

Biggie: “I play beer pong though”

Guy: “Are you on your way to the World Series of Beer Pong?”

Biggie showed him his bracelet and ticket.

Biggie: “Sure am.”

Guy: “Alright, come on in. Everyone here is just relaxing before the big day starts tomorrow. Trying their hand at some trick shots.”

Biggie: “Im pretty good. Let me try a few”

For most of the night, Biggie was around the Beer pong area, trying some cool shots. He would occasionally walk around the pool. There was a band playing, but Biggie had no idea who they were. They were funny, their lyrics were meant to amuse.

A few hours later, as Biggie began to walk away, he heard a sound. Suddenly, a car flew over the hill and crashed into a wall. Biggie ran over to see if they were okay, before realizing that it was the two band members. He then looked at the car.

Biggie: “Oh my god, what the fuck! This is our car!”

Band Member: “Ya, so? You got a problem with us?”

They were clearly stoned out of their minds.

Biggie: “How the fuck are we supposed to get to Las Vegas now?!”

Band Member: “Not our problem.”

He turned to leave, before Biggie grabbed his shoulder.

Biggie: “Not your problem? You crashed our car, you asshole! You owe us a ride”

Band Member: “I disagree”

Biggie: “Give us a ride, you motherfucker. Unless you want to die”

Band Member: “Getting tough eh? Tell you what, you ever played Beer Pong?”

Biggie knew what they were were thinking, and he decided to do what he'd been doing his whole life. Lie.

Biggie: “I've heard of it, but never played it. You just throw a ping-pong ball in a cup, how hard can it be?”

Band Member: “Alright. If you can beat me in a game, we'll take you and whoever else to Las Vegas. Deal?”

Biggie: “Deal.”

They walked over to the ping pong tables that were set up. The set up 10 cups on either side, and filled them up.

Band Member: “Eye to eye for possesion”

Biggie stared into his eyes, and threw it right into the center cup.

Band Member: “Not bad. Lets see it”

Biggie threw a shot, right in the front cup. He then tossed his third right into the back corner. His extra shot went into the other corner cup.

Band Member: “You've played before, haven't you.”

Biggie: “I may have thrown stuff in cups a few times before”

They went back and forth, before they each got down to one cup.

Band Member: “Sudden death. If one of us makes it, the other gets one chance to rebuttle.”

Biggie took his ball, and looked right at the band member.

Biggie: “Watch this”

Biggie stuck the ball in his mouth, blew it up in the air, so it fell behind him. He then kicked it with the back heel of his foot, and sank it right in the cup.

Everyone who was watching erupted in cheers.

The band member took his ball, threw it, and completely missed.

The crowd screamed louder and ran up to Biggie and high-fived him and mobbed him for how well he played. The band member walked up to him.

Band Member: “Good game. You hustled me good. I respect that. I'm Jack. Jack Black. Welcome to the Tenacious D crew.”

Biggie: “Thanks. I'm Brandon MacDonald, but everyone calls me Biggie. There's two more with me”

Jack Black: “Oh, those two?”

He pointed over at where LaDainian and James were getting out of the Tenacious D bus. Smoke followed them everywhere.

Jack Black: “Looks like the party has already started. Want to go join?”

Biggie: “Why not?”

After a few hours of smoking weed with both Jack Black, and his bandmate, Kyle Gass, they went outside, only to see that the party had died down. Biggie walked over and promptly fell right into the pool. Jack dove in to save him, but ended up just floating there doing weird spins. As they got out, they noticed something lying on the ground, shining.

They walked closer towards it, and looked at it. It was a guitar pick. Shaped like the head of the Devil. Jack picked it up, and immediately dropped it.

Jack Black: “Whoa dude, that thing just shocked me”

Just then they heard a voice.

Man: “Hey! Leave that there!”

Biggie and Jack looked over and saw a really official looking guy walking over, with pliers and a steel box.

Man: “This pick belongs in the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame. I was sent to bring it back. Thanks for finding it.”

Biggie and Jack just looked at each other and watched the man pick it up with the pliers, and then drop it into the steel box. Then, as quickly as he came, he was gone.

Biggie and Jack walked back into their bus, and saw both LaDainian and James passed out on a bed. Biggie wandered over to a bed, and immediately passed out.

He woke up the next morning and looked out the window. He saw mostly desert. He got up, and slowly remembered what had happened. 'I must be on the way to Las Vegas' he thought. He walked up to the bus driver, and sure enough, that was where they were going. He looked at his watch. 30 minutes until their first beer pong match.

Biggie: “LaDainian. Wake up!”

LT: “Uhh, what?”

Biggie: “Our first game is in half an hour!”

LT: “Shit son. Where are our uniforms?”

Biggie: “Right here”

They both threw on their extremely epic beer pong uniforms, and began to stretch and warm up.

They made it to their first game right on time. They won easily.

Their second match was even easier than the first.

Their third match was a struggle, but they managed to pull it off.

In their fourth match, a semi-final match, Biggie began his streak of historical shots. He made all 6 of the shots he took, in a big win for him and LaDainian. They moved onto the finals against last year's champions.

They started off the game badly. Biggie made his first two, but LT missed both. And the other guys kept making shots. It was down to one cup left. They drained it. Biggie drank it.

Biggie: “Timeout ref!”

The ref signalled for a thirty second time-out.

Biggie: “Listen, LaDainian, we need to make eight shots in a row. If one of us misses, we lose. I'll take the extra shots, okay?”

LT: “Ya. I'm sorry man, I don't know what's been happening.”

Biggie: “Its alright. Lets go.”

Biggie turned, fired, and sunk it. He prayed LaDainian would to. He did. The crowd cheered. Biggie grabbed the ball for the extra shot, and drained it. They were down to five cups. They made the next three, and suddenly it was down to two cups, to zero. Biggie looked at LaDainian.

Biggie: “You go first”

Biggie knew that if LaDainian's shot looked like it was going to miss, he'd have to bounce it in quickly. He was ready. He followed LaDainian's shot the whole way, all the way off the back rim of the cup, up in the air, and back into the cup. The crowd erupted. Biggie sank his shot, which was his 13th straight shot made in the tournament.

The ref set one cup on each side. The other team shot first. It hit the rim, rolled around for what seemed like an hour, before finally popping out. Everyone just stared in disbelief. Even Biggie could not believe that it didn't go in. He quickly grabbed a ball, and tossed a sky shot that landed right in the center of the other teams cup. He and LaDainian just stared at it for about five seconds, before screaming and jumping into each others arms. They looked over, and saw both Jack Black and Kyle Gass, who had come and seen their final game. And what a game. Biggie had set a record for most consecutive shots made, with fourteen.

Jack Black: “That was incredible!”

Kyle Gass: “Truly spectacular!” [/color]

Biggie: “Thanks guys. Glad we were able to get our heads in the game when it mattered most.”

Jack Black: “Listen, we have a big concert at a casino tonight. We'd love to introduce the World Series of Beer Pong Champions. You'll come? We can have a huge party afterwords”

Biggie looked at LaDainian, and over at James.

Biggie: “Of Course we will”

........................................................................................

Ashley: “So not only are you an incredible fighter, an apparently amazing football player, but you are also good a beer pong?”

Biggie: “Sure am. Watch”

He picked up a piece of oyster that was lying on his plate. He looked around the room, and tossed it at someones table about 30 feet away. It landed right in the mans glass and splashed his drink everywhere.

Nick: “Holy shit”

Anna: “Brandon, why'd you do that, now they're going to kick us out or something”

Biggie: “Relax honey, they don't know who did it. Look, they think it came from over there.”

Anna: “Next time, just be smarter. And more mature. We're at a classy restaurant.”

Biggie: “Sorry babe. I was proving a point.”

Nick: “And prove it you did”

Ashley: “Wow, that's a pretty weird story though. Who would have thought that Tenacious D would be at a sketchy motel party?”

Anna: “Probably no one. I didn't believe it, until he showed my pictures”

Nick: “Thats just cool. And you knew them before they really good famous”

Biggie: “Ya, I had many good times with those guys. They are actually coming to my wedding. So you guys will see them there.”

Ashley: “Of course. We will be there together, right Nick?”

Nick: “Of course we will babe. Wouldn't miss it for the world”

Biggie: “That's awesome. Anna, looks like we have two more confirmed.”

Anna: “We sure do. We still have a lot to plan Brandon.”

Biggie: “Well, we can plan once we get back. We have a great time planned with our new friends, don't we?”

Anna: “Indeed we do”

Nick: “It's going to be a great time.”

They went back to eating their food. They continued to talk about all kinds of stuff, laughing, enjoying their dinner, and especially enjoying each others company. It was a perfect night.

They finished eating, and Biggie tried to pour one last glass of champagne, but all he could get was a few drops.

Biggie: “Guess it's time for the check”

Ashley: “Do you want to split it, or just pay for what you ate?”

Biggie: “Nonsense, its on us. It's the least we could do for all of your hospitality.”

Biggie looks at the bill and smirks a bit. High, not as high as he's ever had a bill, but high enough. He pulls out his credit card and gives it to the waiter.

Biggie: “We're staying at your mansion tonight, right?”

Nick: “That's the plan, I think.”

Biggie: “Awesome. And Patriots Dolphins game tomorrow? Anna and I have been looking forward to that all week. We're big Patriots fans”

Ashley: “Yup, and we're Dolphins fans!”

Anna: “It'll be fun. But the Patriots will win.”

They continued to engage in some good natured jawing about their teams as they walked outside and hopped into their cars.

Nick: “You guys just follow us to our house”

Biggie: “Alright, sounds good”

They started to drive off, and Biggie turned and looked at Anna.

Biggie: “So, did you have fun?”

Anna: "Ya, I actually did. I was nervous at first, and feeling slightly awkward because of age difference, but after a while, it just seemed normal.”

Biggie: “I know what you mean. They act a lot older than 19. Or maybe we act younger than we are.”

Anna: “I'd say it's probably a mix of both.”

Biggie: “Ya, that makes sense.”

Anna: “But they really are great people. And they love each other as much as we love each other.”

Biggie: “I didn't think that was possible, but I see what you mean, and I'd have to agree.”

Anna: “It's weird to think, but they are the same age as you were when you left”

Biggie: “Wow, you are right. I never thought about it that way. But you are right. I never asked you. How did you deal with me leaving?”

Anna: “Horribly. I cried for about three weeks straight. You never called, you never wrote, emailed, or anything. You just vanished. They presumed you missing, and so I assumed you died. It took me forever to get over it. I moved away to focus on work.”

Biggie: “Anna, you have no idea how sorry I am.”

Anna: “Enough Brandon. You've apologized enough. Besides, look where it brought us. We're the happiest people in the entire world. Nothing you can say can change the past. But everything you say can change the future. And thats what we have to look forward to. The future.”

Biggie: “You're right. We get married in two weeks. It will be the greatest wedding of all time.”

Anna: “It will be. Nothing will be able to dampen our spirits. Lets go enjoy our time in Miami with Nick and Ashley”

Biggie: “You're always right, how do you do that?”

Anna: “I'm pretty awesome. I don't know if you noticed.”

Biggie: “Oh, I noticed. I don't think you are pretty awesome though. I think you are extremely awesome!”

Anna: “Thanks sweetheart. You are the best.”

Biggie: “Compared to you, I am nothing.”

Anna: “And you always know what to say to make a girl feel great”

Biggie: “Well, telling the truth isn't a hard thing to do.”

Anna: “I love you Brandon MacDonald. With all of my heart.”

Biggie: “I love you with all of my heart, Anna Stone, soon to be Anna MacDonald”

Anna: “What do ya say when we get there? Challenge them to a game of basketball? See if they can stop the Mac N' Stone”

Biggie: “Ain't no way they are stopping us. Too much team chemistry. Too much natural athletic ability”

Anna: “Agreed. I can't wait for tomorrow. Go Patriots!”

Biggie: “Go Patriots indeed!”

Biggie and Anna continued to follow behind Nick and Ashley, all the way to their house. He knew that this really was the start of a great future together for him and Nick, and really for all four of them. They'd be together forever, and even if the age difference was big, it wasn't as awkward as first thought. This was the start of something special. The start of a new age.

Bad Company is the future. If I had a dollar every time I had heard that, I would have been able to afford a 238 million dollar house. Its been said that much. By everyone. Its like someone is telling me it nonstop, from every direction. And it will continue to happen as long as there are people who question it.

I question it.

Now I'm not saying that I would rather not be in Bad Company. Because that would be a lie. I'd much rather be in Bad Company than be in the League of Douches (Corey and Jason). Its safer, its better, and most importantly, it really is the future.

I'm glad I joined. If I were to go back to that day, I would not change my decision. Some people make decisions based on what they want. Some people make them based on what they think is right. Me? I base them on what I know is right. And I know joining Bad Company is right.

But since I joined, there have been a few things I noticed. The company, to me, is running with an unfair bias towards the leaders, Brenton Cyrus, and Chuck Matthews. Now I respect both of those men. And I realize that they put themselves before others, as most would do in the same position. But sometimes, I wonder if they care at all about anyone but themselves. I won the NLWF Title at Seven Sins. I was expecting to be congratulated, to have some sort of praise from one of you. But I didn't hear anything. I beat Chuck, and all I get as thanks is him yelling at some backstage worker about how I 'didn't beat him' and that he is going to get his 'mandatory rematch, a Devastation match' . Hardly the praise I was expecting. I haven't heard much congratulations from anyone in Bad Company, other than Nick, Ashley, and TJ Tilli. Everyone else seems to think that I don't deserve it.

Thats what I see right now in Bad Company. The main men, they seem to think that they deserve title shots whenever they want, that they deserve everything to be handed to them, on a silver platter. Just because they have been here the longest, they've done the most. I call shenanigans. You may have been here the longest, but that doesn't mean you deserve anything more than the rest of us. We all deserve an equal shot. Everyone in the NLWF should be on an equal page. Everyone should get a chance for a title shot. Not just the guys who consider themselves better. We are all equal.

When guys like Chuck or Brenton is getting beat on, the rest of Bad Company comes out to help. And why wouldn't we? If my leader or team captain or whoever was getting beat down, I'd come to his side, ten times out of ten. But when was the last time you came out to help one of us? Sure, Bad Company has been on a hot streak lately. But there have been times where you could've come out to help us. Times where it would have been nice to see the captain of our ship showing that he really cared.

But I haven't seen that. All I've seen is the leaders act like they are better than everyone else. And I'm not saying that they aren't better. I'm just trying to say that it would be great of them to not always act like they are the best. Instead of berating my epic title win over six other members of Bad Company, why not just show me some congratulations, and then challenge me to a friendly fight? Instead, you do it in anger, and thats something I don't like. We're supposed to be a team, why is there reason to get angry at me? I just don't see any point to it. Instead, challenge me to a match, face-to-face, as teammates would do. I would've been much happier with that.

Bad Company is the future. That is the truth. I agree with it. I am glad that I am in Bad Company. I would never change my decision to join, and I will never change my stance. I am a Bad Company man, through and through. But every good thing has some flaws. And there are just a few I see in Bad Company. Fix those problems, and Bad Company is 100% perfect. It may be hard, it may take time, but making those changes will ultimately lead to a greater future for Bad Company, and for the entire NLWF.

Chuck Matthews. Maybe the greatest of all time. I beat you last week, I'll beat you this week. You probably think that this will be a cakewalk for you. Actually, I know thats what you think. You don't believe that I will be able to do whats needed in the match to win. You think that if and when I get to the opportunity, that I will falter, and not be able to do it. I mean, who is vicious enough to set someone on fire, or knock them out cold, or put them through a table. Oh wait. I am. I showed you last week that I could and won't hesitate to do what is needed. I cannot lose that title so soon. There is absolutely no way.

I'm going to give you a little history lesson about me. Three years ago I was fighting Rashad Evans. It was for the UFC Light-heavyweight championship belt. About halfway through the first round, I got caught by one of his kicks, right in the knee, and it broke. I could hardly bend it. As in so much pain for the rest of that round. Once I sat down, they asked me if I was okay. I told them I was fine, I just got stung. I finished the entire second, third, and fourth rounds with a left leg that couldn't do anything. Eventually, in the fifth round, I locked in a triangle choke on him. I was probably in more pain then he was. But I refused to let go until he tapped. Why? Because I wanted to keep that title. I told myself that I was not going to lose the title. I didn't care if it jeopardized the rest of my career, all I cared about was that exact moment. I was going out on top.

You see Chuck? That is exactly why I am capable of doing everything necessary to win our Devastation match. Because I have the, as they say it, “Heart of a Champion”. I will never give up when it comes to the title. I will never give anyone an easy win over me. I will do whatever it takes to ensure that I continue to hold any championship that I have. And you think that you can take that away from me so easily? Think again my friend. I may have respect for you. But that doesn't mean I have to like you, or like what you do. Come Revo time, once I get into my zone, there will be no stopping me. Nothing you do will be able to deter me from my goal. Retaining my NLWF Title. Nothing. I will remain NLWF Champion. There's nothing you can do about it. We'll put on a great match, a classic match. The fans will talk about this one for years. Isn't that what Bad Company is all about? Entertaining the fans, and putting on an amazing show. I used to go out there, and leave it all on the line, hoping the fans would get behind me. And they did. I was arguably the most popular UFC fighter to ever enter the Octagon. Because I cared for the fans. I did everything for them. Every move I made, every takedown I attempted, every submission I locked in, that was for the fans. I lived and breathed for the respect of the fans. And they ate it up. I fed off of their cheers. They would applaud me every time I said a word. Every time I made a public appearance, it was overbooked. Every single endorsement deal I ever did made me millions, because everyone bought everything. I was insanely popular. But then I switched to pro wrestling. I am glad I did. But ultimately, it took a toll on my popularity. I lost a lot of the die-hard UFC fans, who refused to go over to the pro-wrestling side. I tried to regain my popularity, with publicity events. But still, I was not as popular as I had been when I was in the UFC. But thats when I realized something. I didn't need the fans. The fans held me back. The fans kept me from doing what my instincts wanted me to, and that was completely annihilate people. I couldn't do that, because I had to keep the fans respect. The fans would all turn against me if I crossed that line. So I never did. But deep down, I wanted to. Maybe I didn't know it, but now I do. I lost that care for the fans. I could have zero fans, for all I care. I know, some people will continue to love me no matter what I do. But after the Devastation match, I guarantee I lose some fans. People will watch, and see how crazy Brandon MacDonald has gone, how little his regard is for his own and his opponents safety. How he seems to have lost control of all emotions, except for love. And when I get to that ring Chuck, I do lose control. It's something new. I can only care about Anna. Other than that, when I'm about to fight, I can't and won't and don't care about anything else thats out there. Aside from Anna, I couldn't care if there was no one watching, and no one left in the world even. As long as theres Anna by my side, and an opponent in the ring for me to fight. This fight will be just that Chuck. A fight. Ruben complains that I don't wrestle enough, that I'm all about the punches and kicks. Well, maybe he's right. But I know you won't complain. You'll fight my kicks with your kicks. My punches with your punches. My Sonic Boom with your Hollywood Impact. For every move that one of us throws, the other will have a counter. And for every counter that one of us uses, there will be a second counter. Thats how this match is going to go. And I know that deep down, beneath your confidence about my lack of experience, you know this to be true. You know that you are in for a battle. You know that I will give you everything I've got, and then some. You know that if you really want to take my NLWF Title, then you will have to fight the best match of your entire career. And I hope you do bring your best. While I couldn't give two shits about the fans caring for me, I want this match to be something that the fans talk about. Something that years from now, people will look back on this match, with awe. But ultimately, they will be talking about how Biggie Mac beat Chuck Matthews in his own game, to defend his NLWF Championship. And that, my friend, is a promise. I bet you didn't know that I'm a Catholic by birth. A follower of God. Weird, I know. But I know that he is always looking down on me. And I know he has big plans for me. Pity it had to be you who had to experience them first hand, Chuck Matthews.
